After the open enrollment period (the first two scheduled lessons), the remaining 8-weeks of lessons will be closed to "new" students, as the instructor will begin teaching additional moves that require students to know the basics that are covered in the first two weeks. (Late start exceptions can be made for dancers with previous experience who want to resume dancing.)
Students who have completed the 10-week B-51 classes will be invited to attend a Tri Squares evening dance in December. Students will be encouraged to continue learning by attending the Mainstream level classes (moves 52 to 68) starting the following January.
Still not sure if square dancing is for you? If you are curious and just want to try out square dancing to find out if this may be the dance style for you, then come give square dancing a try on us during either or both open enrollment dates. No prior dancing experience is needed. All ages and families are welcome**. You will want to come dressed casually and wear comfortable shoes. (Jeans and tennis shoes are acceptable for all to wear.)
