Today we have Terry Halley as our permanent caller and instructor.
We also offer round dancing. Sandra Pinion is our cuer and round dance instructor.
We dance on the 2nd & 4th Fridays at the Kinton Grange in Beaverton Oregon.
We have members that range in age from 10 - 95!
We welcome all dancers to come and join us!
Singles, couples, and families are welcome.
Terry halley
Terry began square dancing in 1992 and was hooked from the very first lesson. He loved the music, the energy, and the confidence it gave him.
After a decade on the dance floor, Terry became interested in calling. He attended Callers School in Washington and has now been teaching lessons for many years.
Terry has called in many parades including Portland's Starlight Parade and was a founding member of the Northwest Callers Association (NWCA). Terry also enjoys Round dancing and has choreographed several rounds including the popular 2-step" Queen of Hearts."
Today, Terry proudly serves as the caller and lesson instructor for Tri Squares.
Sandra Pinion
Sandra began square and round dancing at age 16, and it didn’t take long for her interest to expand into cueing.
Less than a year after learning to dance, she found herself inspired by Jackie Gale, from whom she learned by watching, listening, and traveling alongside her. Soon, Sandra began cueing a few rounds of her own.
In 2015, Sandra became the full-time cuer for Tri Squares, where she also serves as the round dance instructor.
